At the moment, it seems impossible that a gay AFL player will ever come out. Do you think that a 'Strength in numbers' approach is a reasonable option? Would you advocate players banding together and coming out as a group to show that diversity exists within many, if not all AFL clubs?.

The AFL has worked increasingly hard to make connections with the community, particularly with our Indigenous population and more recently women. However there seems to be a gaping hole that is conflicted with income derived from advertising. I refer particularly to alcohol (Carlton Draught) and gambling (Betfair). How serious is the AFL about its social responsibility?.
- Brendan Hitchens
