Welcome to Macedon Ranges Shire Council's "Council Plan 2017-2021" online forum.
This is a place for community members to share their ideas and thoughts, and help shape the future of Macedon Ranges Shire.

We're working with the community to develop our new Council Plan 2017- 2021…and we want to hear from you!

Every four years following the election of a new Council, we prepare a new Council Plan, incorporating a Health and Wellbeing Plan, which sets out our strategic direction and priorities.

It’s now time to start thinking about projects/initiatives/ideas that will deliver significant benefits for our community.

An online survey held from December 2016 to February 2017 attracted more than 1000 responses. The themes, priorities and ideas identified in the survey were further explored at a community workshop on 28 February. While the information we have is a good start, we know there are many more people who would like to have input - so this forum is for you!

We'd like to know what you think about the workshop outcomes - tell us what you like, and don't like, with a 'thumbs up' or 'thumbs down'. Add comments if you wish.

Or, if you think something's been missed and you'd like to submit a new idea, use the box to the right or the blue button below to share your thoughts.

You may wish also to view Council's current strategies and plans.

Thanks for helping shape the new Council Plan.
