Um Geoff, given the complete lack of hard evidence for any theories other than anthropogenic global warming, I think the answer would be: a very long time, most likely never. Keep fighting the 'scientists are wrong, I know better' fight though - it seems some people actually believe it, and all it costs you is some of your time and moral flexibility akin to a gymnast.
I see to why I/We will never ever obtain any form of Justice or Human Rights, while I/We live under a dictatorship. I/We are TOLD how to live, TOLD to whom I/We can have a relationship with, Told what is so good in my/your best interest. I dont want your Micro Chip, I dont want your One World Government. What I desire is to be treated as a Human Being, with Human rights to obtain human justice to have a human life that your are stealing from me/us. A koala can only bear so much....................
